How we got here

Our founders — a chief of staff and a practice manager — spent years watching capable partners lose a day a week to scheduling, travel changes and inbox triage.

Hojii now matches experienced assistants with boutique firms across the United States on part-time contracts, run from our Bengaluru office, so both sides get the arrangement they actually wanted.
